Fee Collection & Accounting
Our configurable secure online registration process can be customized to include client-specific fee collection and accounting services. At the time of enrollment and scheduling, the registrant can be prompted, based on the specific services needed and/or program requirements, to provide payment information for any applicable charges. Consolidated fees can be remitted to you on a schedule that you define, e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly.
Through our online client portal, myFieldprint.com, we provide a suite of robust tracking tools and activity/transaction reports, including accounting reconciliation and payment reports.
