Client-Placed Livescan Equipment
Our client-based Fieldprint Station program involves deploying fingerprinting equipment (a Fieldprint Station unit) onsite at a client location. Each Fieldprint Station is comprised of a Livescan unit capable of capturing both Type 4 and Type 14 fingerprints, a touch screen monitor, a CPU and an electronic signature pad. Fieldprint handles the installation, maintenance and training associated with the Fieldprint Station. Clients are only responsible for the cost of fingerprinting on a usage basis. Many of our clients around the country take advantage of this option to have state-of-the-art Livescan capabilities at their location without having to purchase, maintain or support any equipment or software.
Our experience with Fieldprint has been wonderful. As soon as we request something, it gets done, and all of our phone calls and e-mail requests are answered in a timely manner. The myFieldprint, administrative site is very user friendly.
