Tony Dorazio, Chief Executive Officer

Tony founded the Vertical Screen family of companies in 1989 as well as its sister company Fieldprint. Responsible for overseeing the company’s operations to ensure the strategic direction and development of resources and new growth opportunities, Tony’s leadership has positioned Vertical Screen at the forefront of the applicant screening industry and his organizational initiatives and vision have been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal and The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Prior to founding the company, he led a due diligence acquisitions group at KPMG Peat Marwick. Tony received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Temple University and a Master of Science in Information Studies from Drexel University.


Geoff Moriak, Vice President of Technology

Geoff oversees Fieldprint's technology department including the development of the scheduling website, and provides support and enhancements to Fieldprint’s internal HANK workflow system. In his role with Fieldprint, Geoff serves as the point of contact for our clients’ technical staff and the various channeling agencies with which we work. Geoff also acts as the primary contact for the various state agencies to which we channel.

Geoff has been developing software solutions for more than 30 years for both Fieldprint and as a consultant. His experience includes client-server, web-based and back-office software development projects. Before joining Fieldprint, Geoff was a technical lead at AWE, Inc., and spent 14 years as a director at AnswerThink Consulting Group. Geoff received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.


Thomas Harrison, National Sales Executive

National Sales Executive Thomas Harrison develops and maintains business relationships with key partners to support Fieldprint’s strategic initiatives in the government sector. He analyzes market opportunities and helps create strategies that drive successful solutions for clients. 

Tom has a broad understanding of the noncriminal justice fingerprinting industry, as well as having nearly 25 years of experience in the criminal justice field, with a specialization in fingerprint technology for government agencies and private companies. His experience includes managing fingerprint processes for a government entity for several years. Tom has developed successful fingerprinting programs for numerous public- and private-sector clients. 

Tom served as a law enforcement officer for 14 years with a number of agencies in Florida, including as a Senior Investigator with the Volusia County School District Office of Professional Standards (Internal Affairs); as a Special Agent with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement; as an Investigator/Patrol Deputy with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office; and as a Detective/Patrol Officer with the Daytona Beach Police Department. Tom received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. 


Victoria Severino, Site Development Executive

Victoria is responsible for identifying prospective Fieldprint Station Livescan sites, recruiting owners of retail business services sites to join the Fieldprint Fingerprint Collection Site network, evaluating a prospective site’s suitability for our network and working with owners to onboard each new site. During the implementation of our fingerprinting programs, Victoria plays a critical role in the expansion of our collection site network and the training of the Fieldprint Station operators.

Victoria has been with Fieldprint since 2009.  She has management and sales experience, including positions at Thermasol and American Greetings. She received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Hood College.


Jennifer Kozloski, Site Development Executive

Jennifer is a Site Development Executive for Fieldprint. She is responsible for identifying prospective Fieldprint Station Livescan sites, recruiting owners of retail business services sites to join the Fieldprint Fingerprint Collection Site network, evaluating a prospective site’s suitability for our network and working with owners to onboard each new site. Jennifer has worked aggressively to expand Fieldprint’s nationwide Livescan network, which allows Fieldprint to serve applicants in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. 

Jennifer has 20 years of recruiting and sales experience. Prior to joining Fieldprint, Jennifer was a senior healthcare recruiter for Medstaff Healthcare Solutions. She received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Villanova University.
